1. Open Your Banking App:  Launch the banking app on your smartphone or log in to your online banking site

  • Navigate to Zelle:
  • Look for the Zelle logo or a "Send Money with Zelle" option in your app's main menu or payment options.


2. Select or Add a Recipient:

  • Existing contacts:
  • If you've previously used Zelle, you can select the recipient from your contact list.
  • New recipients:

  • or Enter Phone number

  • Using a QR code:
  • Look for a QR code scanner within the Zelle section. This may be indicated by a camera icon or an option labeled "Scan QR Code."Point your camera at the Zelle QR code below. Ensure the QR code is clearly visible and centered in the frame of the camera.
  • If prompted, grant the app permission to access your camera.
  • Wait a moment for the app to recognize and process the QR code.

  3. Finalize transaction:

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the payment or transaction.
